A Colorado contractor built on integrity and craftsmanship.
CR Contractor LLC is an owner-operated residential painting company based in Aurora, Colorado, founded and run by Cristian Casco Rodríguez. Its color practice operates as Reality Color Studio.
We specialize in the finish work that defines how a home actually feels — interior and exterior painting, drywall, texture, and color consulting. Every project is led by a skilled foreman, staffed by trained technicians, and backed by a written workmanship warranty.
We're not the largest contractor in Colorado, and we don't try to be. Our clients hire us because we're accessible, accountable, and consistent — from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
Licensed and insured
CR Contractor LLC operates as a licensed Colorado contractor and carries General Liability insurance through Thimble. Workers' Compensation coverage will be listed here once it is active. Certificates are available on request before work begins.
Local & Established
Colorado-owned and operated. We know the climate, the codes, and the neighborhoods we serve.
Skilled Craftsmen
Straight lines, clean edges, seamless finishes. Trained crews who take pride in the details.
Fully Accountable
One consultation, one point of contact, one crew responsible from prep to final walkthrough.
A Kingdom Company
CR Contractor LLC exists to serve Colorado homeowners with excellence — and to support the spread of hope in Nicaragua. 10% of every project's profits go to Casa de Adoración Emanuel in San Jacinto, Nicaragua.
